By accessing and using the CRONIER LOUNGE website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CRONIER LOUNGE's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Transfer the materials to another person or entity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. Reservation Policy

All reservations made through our website are subject to availability. We recommend confirming your reservation via WhatsApp or phone call. For groups of 6 or more, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

4. Ordering & Payments

All food and beverage orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. We accept cash and card payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any special promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Age Restrictions

CRONIER LOUNGE is a family-friendly establishment. However, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly limited to persons of legal drinking age (18 years and above). We reserve the right to request identification.

6. Conduct Policy

We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who engages in disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of CRONIER LOUNGE and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CRONIER LOUNGE shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any services or products referenced herein.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
